Custom Event Packages

All menu choices are made in the Nakoma kitchen reflecting our dedication to using the finest, fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. You may customize your banquet choices with a consultation with our Chef.  You may also combine any package with an appetizer, dessert, carving station and alcohol package.  Sample package pricing varies based on custom Entrée choice.


The Classic  $25 - $35 per Person 1 Entrée, House-made Bread, 1 Salad, 2 Accompaniments, Tea & Coffee  

The Elegance  $35 - $45 per Person 2 Entrées, House-made Bread, 1 Salad, 2 Accompaniments, Tea, Coffee, Lemonade, Iced tea & Soda   

The Eternal  $45 - $50 per Person 2 Entrées, House-made Bread, 1 Salad, 2 Accompaniments, 1 Dessert, Tea, Coffee, Lemonade, Iced tea & Soda  

Add-on Options – Platters and Carving Stations

Platters - Serves approximately 30 people 

  • Hummus,  Eggplant Tapenade Platter - $80 House-made, grilled pita bread
  • Tempura Vegetable Platter - $150 Sweet potato, carrot, zucchini, broccoli florets, mushrooms, onion rings 
  • Fresh Fruit Platter - $150 Seasonal fresh fruit, whipped honey sweetened mascarpone cheese
  • Antipasto Platter - $180 Mixed gourmet cheese, cured meats, assorted nuts & dried fruits, crackers
  • Fish and Chip Platter - $200 Beer battered fish pieces, hand cut potato chips, lemon wedges, malt vinegar, tartar sauce
  • Prawn and Scallop Cocktail Platter - $300 Skewered BBQ  jumbo shrimp and scallops, cocktail dipping sauce


 
Carving Stations - Serves 35 - 40 people

  • Roasted Turkey - $280 Turkey gravy, cranberry relish
  • Roasted Pork Loin - $350 Brandy glaze, caramelized apples
  • Prime Rib - $350 Slow roasted with creamy horseradish, Dijon mustard, au jus
  • Barbequed Tri-tip - $350 Dry rubbed, Steakhouse sauce
  • Whole Baked Salmon - $380 Tequila lime sauce

  • Seared Rare Tenderloin of Beef - On roasted focaccia, garlic herb cream cheese

  • Seared Scallops - Hickory smoked bacon wrapped
  • Hawaiian Ahi - Crispy wonton, Nori sauce
  • Oriental Shrimp Egg Rolls - Sesame & ginger sauce
  • Jumbo Prawns - Hickory smoked bacon or prosciutto wrapped
  • Shrimp Ceviche - Toasted corn cups, tomato, green onion & jalapeno
  • Alaskan Smoked Salmon - Rosemary roasted garlic focaccia, mascarpone, red onion & capers
  • Puff Pastry Rounds - Baked with crab, scallions, havarti cheese
  • Beef Carpaccio Rolls - Arugula, parmesan & olive oil
  • Beef Tenderloin - Skewered, marinated mushrooms
  • Spanakopita - Filo pastry layers stuffed with spinach & goat cheese
