Bear Run Buffet Package

All buffet choices are made in the Nakoma kitchen and served with house made breads, butter, tea and coffee Vegetarian options are also available – please discuss with the Chef $40 PER PERSON (minimum 75 people)  

Appetizers - Choice of Three

  • Assorted Crostini - Tomato, garlic & basil OR white bean OR caramelized onion & tapenade
  • Fresh Vegetable Crudité Platter - Crunchy carrots, celery, cucumber, broccoli & cauliflower with fresh herb dip
  • Gourmet Cheese Platter - Specialty  cheeses with assorted crackers
  • Fresh Fruit Platter - Seasonal fresh fruit
  • Puff Pastry Wrapped Baked Brie - Pesto, & house- made focaccia
  • Stuffed Mushrooms - Onions, mushrooms, sausage & Jack cheese 


Salads - Choice of Two

  • Pasta Salad - Tri color penne, red onions, celery, peppers, artichoke hearts, cilantro
  • Potato Salad - Celery, red onion, black olives, dill pickles & salami
  • Caesar Salad - Romaine, garlic croutons, parmesan & classic dressing
  • Farmers Market Mixed Greens - Cucumber, tomato, carrots, red onion & balsamic vinaigrette
  • Crunchy Coleslaw - Celery, dried cranberries, creamy dressing

  • Roasted Seasonal Vegetables

Entrees - Choice of Two

  • Roast Beef Au Jus - Slow roasted, crisp onion rings
  • Chargrilled Chicken Breast - Marinated in lemon, lime & orange, fresh fruit salsa or Masala sauce
  • Stuffed Roasted Chicken Breast - Layered with prosciutto & herbed goat cheese or spinach, pinenuts, parmesan  & mozzarella
  • Grilled or Poached Alaskan Salmon - Lemon dill butter or herb tapenade
  • Spicy Sausage & Chicken Gumbo - Italian sausage, marinated chicken, fresh tomato and herb base
